Christmas

We spent Christmas Eve 2007 at Grandma Rose and Grandpa Bobs home here in
Sutherlin, after attending 5p Christmas Eve service at our church home (something we have been talking about doing for the last 10 years, I guess it helps that it wasn't held at 11p)... It was so great to be with family, and to be here in Oregon,
all together.. No more running back and forth to California (for Mike)
for logging, no more moving (for awhile anyway:), just digging our roots in here
in Beautiful, Glorious, Southern Oregon... We have a simple life right now
that we all love and cherish (of course we had to complicate it just a bit
by adding a new puppy to the mix, but we love her dearly already and she is a
wonderful addition to our home) Mike is blessed with a new job (October) that keeps him local (mostly), and a great boss and friend. We were richly blessed this Christmas. I wish I had taken more pictures
of everyone instead of just focusing on the kids, but at least I got a
few, right?

Owen grabbed this Santa hat that he found lying around, and would spontaneously
"HO HO HO"...

Owen and Lauren played with his new CAT (Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Broady!)
for the longest time....

Christmas Morning

Jacob Elliot is wearing his new Columbia Fleece from Aunt Marci and Uncle Mo,
each of the boys received one (picture to come)... Thank You Grant Family!

What is Christmas morning without a giant sticky candy cane to pal around with?

Books for Jacob Elliot from his teacher, Thank you Mrs. McClain!

Tanner loved his new Raiders T shirt (have you seen his room , I will have to
post pics of TJs Raiders room) so much that he actually allowed me to take a
picture of him in it, you can see his whole face and everything.. Oh, and he is
sporting a new mullet by mom, soon to be corrected by dad...

Tanner helps Elliot open his main present, I love how excited they both
are

This shot does not portray how excited Elliot actually is about his first drum
set.. Elliot has been accompanying Mike to Worship team practice so he can watch
him play... Like all the Broady boys, he seems to have inherited Michael's
natural gift for music.... I wish some of it would rub off on me:)

What's Christmas morning without a solid chunk of
chocolate bearing stocking?... None for you Scout!

Lucy and Mike take a little post festivities snooze... have I mentioned that Mike is Lucy's favorite?

Tanner putting his Bionacles together... whats Christmas morning without a
couple of giant Bionacles to assemble in record time?

How cute is this? Need I say more?
Do you think he has any idea that she is going to soon outweigh him by
about 40 pounds? Does any new husband?:) Just kidding...

Tanner and Lucy

Little Drummer boy...

We are temporarily allowing the drum set to remain in Elliot and Owen's bedroom,
soon to be moved to garage, we will see how long I can stand it....

Tanner loves his little Lucy...

Snow Day!

Littler Drummer boy...

Owen was so beyond excited when he finally received the go ahead to test out big
bro's new drums...

More snow day.... by the time we all finally got bundled up enough to go out and
enjoy the snow, it had mostly melted away, although still falling fast.. I can
hear you Michiganders laughing....
:D

One more lost & found present for Owen... now he can play dart tag with his big brothers...
By the way, "Thank you Grandma Rosie for the adorable sweatshirt, doesn't it look
cute on me, I mean cool?"

We will see you in a couple weekends Grandma CeCe, Baba Saeed, LuLu and
Evan! P.S - Thank you for the Memory Foam and the Wildlife Safari Pass,
Yayyyy!

Lucy has visitors

Our neice Whitney came to visit Lucy (and us:) while she is in town for the
holidays, she brought her boyfriend Joe along too.... Isn't she beautiful?
Joe's a lucky guy.

We actually named Lucy this night while discussing Whitney's puppy "Dezi"... We
shall have to get Dezi and Lucy together for a playdate:)

Cami and Lucy...

The Labelle girls love dogs and couldn't wait to come visit Lucy... They are our
fabulous dog sitters when we go out of town ~ Thanks Gabi, Cami, and Madi!

Our new baby girl

No sibling rivalry here... our new little sister...

She's sooo sweet!

Season and Teisha ~ I thought I would get a head start on my New Year's
Resolution to cut back on TV (ha!) hence the new addition:)
