Owen

I took these pictures of Owen a few weeks ago, it is hard for me to believe he is already 3! The day of his birthday, I was discussing with Mike why getting him an inexpensive 'play' guitar was a good idea (instead of waiting until he's a little older and buying a nice one).... I reminded him that Owen is constantly trying to get into his (Mike's) guitar, and turning anything he can find that a rectangle shape into a guitar (table extension supports!), and that he's 2 & 1/2 now.... oh, wait a minute, I mean he's 3 now.... I guess I don't really want my baby to grow up...:} Owen - you have been such a blessing in our lives from the moment you were born! You are such a sweet and loving little person, and that was evident when you were a wee baby... You are so smart, and hilarious, and you ask for what you need, even hugs! You are affectionate, and you love to be cuddled... You love motorcycles, and music, and your guitar... your favorite story at the moment is 'Rip Van Winkle', and 'PowerRangers' is your favorite show...Though we dont want you to grow up too fast, we do look forward to watching you make your way in this world. You already have quite the following... wherever you go, youve got at least 2 or 3 little girls (and often 'older' girls) following you around, or playing with you... Yeah, with those eyes, that can actually be a bit worrisome...:) Did I mention that you are gorgeous, and you must know it already because everyone tells you so, everywhere you go... We love you! "So much!"
